ALLAN MCGREGOR - 6
I think he could have done better with the opening goal, but it wasn't anywhere near his fault. Kept us in it with a big stop early on.
JAMES TAVERNIER - 6
Was having an absolutely storming game, set up Kent's equaliser and was in total control down the left hand side. Then, an absolute brainfart to gift Celtic their equaliser. Have no idea what he was doing - shocking mistake.
JOE WORRALL - 6
Guilty of jockeying Eduoard too long for the goal, needs to learn that he doesn't always need to win the ball, beat the man and play a fantastic pass. He can just commit the foul & regroup.
CONNOR GOLDSON – 7
Still looks a little laboured & probably got caught cold for Celtic's opener too. Concerns about him when strikers are running at him.
ANDY HALLIDAY - 7
Put in a decent shift without really offering a huge amount of attacking threat. Solid enough.
ROSS MCCRORIE - 7
Back in from the cold and not quite the performance he put in last time around in this fixture but he didn't do anything wrong. Tried his best to perform a man marking job on Calum McGregor which he just about manages to a decent level.
RYAN JACK - 7
Good performance, but again for me this shows why we need better quality going forward in this position. When the ball falls to your central midfielder 5 yards out at 1-1, he needs to bury it.
SCOTT ARFIELD - 6
Anonymous in the first half I thought but grew into a half decent game as time went on.
DANIEL CANDEIAS – 5
Horrifically poor first half. How many times do we play that lazy ball straight across the midfield and concede a goal from it? I'm a Candeias fan but his limitations are becoming more & more obvious as the weeks go on.
ALFREDO MORELOS – 2
Barely in the game up until his ridiculous sending off. Whether he hits him in the chest or arm or anywhere isn't relevant - they set out to wind him up and he fell for it. Poor.
RYAN KENT – 9 MOTM
Best player on the park for the second Old Firm game in a row. Constantly tormented them, ruined Boyata's season & fully deserved his goal with his right foot. Not the only right sided limb of his which connects well either.
GLEN KAMARA – 3
Came on at 1-1 with the intent of shoring things up, I guess. Unfortunately Tav's error put paid to that.
JERMAINE DEFOE – 3
Thought this was a really positive sub at the time, but again losing the goal so soon after rendered it null & void.
STEVEN DAVIS – 2
Barely any time to make an impact.
STEVEN GERRARD - 7
A game of two halves here, so stand offish and timid in the first half compared to such a positive performance in the second. Stating the obvious but we know what way we should be playing - so it's up to the manager to get that consistency from the squad, or bring in players who have it.
