ALLAN MCGREGOR - 7
Quieter night after the exertions of Wednesday.
JAMES TAVERNIER - 5
Missed the penalty with a really poor, tame effort. Didn't really let it get to him though and continued to try and plug away down the right hand side.
JOE WORRALL - 7
Solid showing from Worrall, especially with a bit of pressure on him after the last time out. Doing the simple things well just now and not taking any risks.
CONNOR GOLDSON – 6
Wednesday obviously took a lot out of him and while he was largely fine here, he did struggle when Boyd came on. Distribution was a little rocky as well.
ANDY HALLIDAY - 6
Did fine, never stops trying even if he's not playing particularly well.
ROSS MCCRORIE - 8 MOTM
Brilliant performance from McCrorie in that enforcer role. Constantly seeking out danger, winning the ball back and moving it onto the more creative players. Really playing his part well.
RYAN JACK - 6
From the highs of Wednesday to a bit of a sub par showing. Still neat & tidy on the ball as ever, but dominated by Killie's more physical midfield.
SCOTT ARFIELD - 5
Another poor game, terrible in possession and looked a yard off the pace at all times.
DANIEL CANDEIAS – 6
One of those performances he throws in from time to time, not a huge amount of space to work with - or indeed anyone to play off - really impacts his productivity.
RYAN KENT – 7
Our only spark on the night, if only we could get another player or two with his speed of thought on his wave length.
JERMAINE DEFOE - 5
Doesn't look suited to that lone striker berth in this set up. Doesn't have anywhere near the physicality that Morelos does and relies so much on service & support from a midfield having yet another off day.
STEVEN DAVIS - 3
On too late to make a material difference, but at least looked to get on the ball and make passes.
KYLE LAFFERTY- 2
Too little game time to make an impact.
STEVEN GERRARD - 5
We know how Killie play, we know Morelos is going to be a big miss. We need to come up with some better solutions as we've played them 4 times and still have 3 to go.
